During busy periods (e.g., holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Costs (Australia)

Standard Shipping: $15 — delivered within 3–7 business days.

Express Shipping: $19 — delivered within 1–3 business days.

Free Shipping: On orders over $100 (standard shipping only).

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or remote locations.

Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

We use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tumay.com.au

We will work with you to replace the product or provide a refund, depending on the situation.

International Shipping

Currently, Tümay Apothecary ships within Australia only. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
