Honey & Vinegar Herbal Immune Tonic Concentrate

This is elderberry syrup’s “cleaner” cousin with more nutritional benefits & stronger immune support all without the crazy amounts of refined sugar.

Our Elderberry Oxymel is a small-batch blend of organic elderberries, raw honey and raw apple cider vinegar, slowly infused to draw out their deep colour, herbal qualities and character. Gently spiced with cinnamon, ginger and clove to offer a rich, warming balance of sweet and tang.

Rooted in old-world herbal traditions, oxymels have long been used as a way to preserve and enjoy plant preparations through the seasons. This is a concentrated tonic, designed to be diluted and sipped for immune support. A time-honoured preparation traditionally used through the cooler months to support the body during seasonal shifts.

Elderberries have been used for generations in European folk herbalism for immune support throughout the colder months at the first sign of sniffles or coughs.

Crafted in small batches using traditional methods.
No preservatives, additives or artificial flavourings.
